CAS[E] this Sketch #127

Here is your fun sketch for this week:



It is officially gardening season in my Two Acre Wood ... the sketch reminded me of our garden beds - freshly planted!  Soon the butterflies will be visiting as the vegetable plants flower. 

We have also begun our weekly visit to the Farmer's Market for our fabulous Michigan Asparagus!  As a child, I cut it into tiny pieces, and promptly hid it in the pocket of my Oshkosh B'Gosh overalls, to bury in the back yard later.  Now I can't get enough of the stuff!

Inside sentiment:  "Don't asparagus a single detail!"

    LOL about burying the asparagus. I LOVE your card! The asparagus is so much fun with the sentiments (great idea for the inside sentiment!). The stitching texture is amazing!! I'm in love with how it looks!

    I have to be honest, I'm not a big fan of asparagus but I do love the colour and the way it looks, such a funky vegie!! Super cool card and who knew there were asparagus stamps??

    Oh what a fabulous card Michele! Such a CAS beauty for sure. I love those embossed stitched lines on the card base. The stamped and die cut asparagus looks so yummy and I love the cute tag, "share the dirt". Fabulous! Hugs, Brenda

    Concept of asparagus: great; the real stuff...not so much. I know...picky me. Your little sprig here: fabulous! I had a garden in Edmonton; miss it immensely! One of these days, maybe I'll have one again (hello, lottery!)!
