Time Out - Inspired by Words Challenge

"You can't make a rainbow without a little rain" are the words to inspire us this challenge at Time Out ... true, that.

In my case, it took a little die, and water-coloring to make a rainbow here today...

 
My newest Wplus9 Cloud Border die, sentiment from Reverse Confetti's You make me Smile, and the raindrops - can you see the raindrops?  No?  How about here:
 
 
There are a few clouds in my neighborhood today ...  I am letting my smile be my umbrella... the daffodils are smiling, too...

    Fantabulous!! Brilliant idea to 'rainbow up' the clouds and what a wonderful sentiment too. Its been raining here for two days and everyone's smiling because we needed it so much. Also means I can catch up on my emails and inside jobs instead of gardening for a change.....Enjoy your week and I'm always so glad to see you at TIME OUT!

    LOVE this! I am a huge fan of rainbows and your card just brought a huge smile to my face. :) I LOVE the raindrops too! Did you use a stencil or a stamp?

    Oh my gosh, Michele, I love your embossed rain drops! So true to nature ... they are not blue afterall, are they?!? Gorgeous card with a rainbow literally IN your clouds. Love that idea.

    *If* I could water-colour, this is the kind I'd like to do: eye-catching, just-the-right-amount, and no 'backgrounds' involved! Yoyr rainbow clouds and smile are brilliant, and the embossed raindrops...seriously fantastic!
