Muse Challenge 112 - Vicki Dutcher

Vicki Dutcher has created a really cute card for Muse #112 this week:

 
I've had these little water-colored fish on my desk for a bit... seems they were meant for Vicki =]
 
Poppy Stamps - Aquarium Fish; Reverse Confetti Sugary Sweet Sentiments;
even a few Paper Smooches bubbles from the Birthday Buddies set!
Hope you plan on playing cards with Vicki this week... have you some little special bit saved on your desk just for Muse?

    Those fish were just waiting for this challenge!! This is such a brilliant CASE of Vicki's card, it just has to be a winner. Love the colours too, can't go past a soft, light blue. Amazeballs!
