CASology - Week 134... Monochrome Grey

... and here is the flower, one I just received yesterday and could not wait to put the shovel down to try... yes, shovel!  12 fresh fluffy inches of it: 12"x24'x48'= a sore back today, and more of it today!  Ugh.

This made me feel better:

PTI Soft Stone CS, SSS ink and die, SU embossing, and Clearly Besotted stamp.

Please zoom in.  The detail on that stamp is magnificent. Thanks for stopping in!  Grab a shovel!

  12. I feel for you with all that s*** but please keep it over there. ;-) It looks like we were on the same wave link as far as our monochrome card - shades of gray. I love your new flower and I think it would look great watercolored. (hint hint)

  13. So sorry to hear about your snow and your back. Hasn't been horridly snowy here, thank heavens! Really, really lovely card, Michele. LOVE the embossing, and that rose is stunning. Gray. One of the most perfect colors in the spectrum. Wonderful card. Bev

  14. You've showcased that lovely camellia so beautifully, Michele ... it's gorgeous in the soft grey! Hope you've stopped shovelling, my friend ... take care if you still are! Anita :)

  15. Oh my this card is simply beautiful Michele! I love that rose and I can see why you couldn't wait to put the shovel down for. lol Yes, I am going to have to pick up a shovel myself. We got about 9 inches yesterday (we only had a few inches before that) into last night, with the wind blowing it into huge drifts for a while and then the wind died down and it piled up. Then we got some freezing rain on top if it. Joy, joy! NOT! Just not in any hurry to get out there to shovel the crap, sorry, the snow. lol But so glad you were able to play with this beautiful rose stamp!! I love the shading on it!! And it is just perfect sitting there on top of that fabulous stitched circle. And I love those leaves too! Hugs, Brenda

  16. OMG! This card is GORGEOUS!! I'm glad you got to put the shovel down to make it. ;-) I guess my romantic ideas about living in the snow don't include shovelling the stuff... lol!
