When one of the sweetest, most positive commenters in Blogland
Thanks, Carol Mayne, for introducing me to this sensational challenge blog... I'm ashamed to say I hadn't visited before... remedied today!!
Inkspirational Challenge #73 is one we can all embrace in the card-making world... who sends more notes than we do? It is a joy to receive REAL cards - love, love, love it!
Marika is the guest designer for this challenge. When I saw her adorable little Purple Onion birdies, I couldn't resist a try with a little stamp I got before Christmas. What do you think? Who wouldn't love these little skaters speeding over the ice with a note? I'd personally like them skating on my frozen pond!!
Thanks, c ,for the little push!
Absolutely darling card, Michele! I love your inking on the background and your coloring is just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteSo very sweet, Michele ... wonderful soft watercolouring ... and I love that little note Miss Skater is carrying, complete with teeny heart ... adorable! Anita :)

ReplyDeleteOh my, oh my, oh my...I was completely bowled over by your 'newer' card which showed up on my Feedly list first, and THEN, I see this "first" creation and WOW, WOW, WOW! Jaw-dropped, breath-taken-away awe! A sweet scene in every way, Michele: you've worked magic - MAGIC - with these bunnies, and the soft background, and oh-so-pretty tree! I have some brand-spanking new Purple Onion stamps (part of the mobile crafting unit my husband packed for me), and now you've sparked me to bring them out for a play. LOVE your card...and beyond thrilled that you 'listened' to my...ummm..orders *grin*...and came over to Ink to play! Thank you again for joining us! Hope you'll become a regular!
Hugs galore, awesome Michele!
