Virginia's View Challenge #9

I made a card over the weekend using some new Recollections metallic paper I picked up at Michael's.  I am already sorry that I didn't buy more... isn't that always the way?  This one might be a good match for Virginia - hope so!

For Virginia's View Challenge #9:

You'll see me use this gorgeous little PTI stamp again; for sure one of my favorites.  This time I also did a little background stamping with MFT Dots and Borders stamps. Oh I wish you could see the shine on this better than in my photo, and have coffee =]

  1. I'll be right over for that coffee and to see this wonderful card in person! Don't I wish!!!! I do owe you a call, and promise to get to it soon. Stunner of a card. Love this monochromatic look, and how CAS it is. The white space really appeals to my brain. Oh heck, all of your cards really appeal to my brain.... I love how calm and serene this one is. Have a great week!!! Bev

  5. Beautiful card! So often simple is better--two colours, a little texture with the border design, and let the stamped images SHINE! Now i'll be browsing YOUR blog... Thanks for your kind comment on the CHCD blog hop!

  6. I can see a bit of that shine on your card, and it looks fabulous (I can use my imagination to envision how lovely it is IRL). Love the texture of the silver DP, which is a perfect match to the MFT Border stamp you used. Great CAS card!
