I have really cut it close with this card for The Paper Players #783! I had a couple of Shipmates floating around my desk. One is just right for Stef's fun Sketch...
Yes. That fun set I borrowed from Marcia did end up living among the many! I found an old EH die for my lifesaver, and a fun sentiment from
Altenew's Speech Bubbles.
[psst you might be seeing more of those soon!]
Of course, I had to make an addition to my EF stash while taking
advantage of the SB sale. All Wrapped Up seemed perfect for the
nautical theme here today. Here is the 'captain' of the sea ready
for the catch just in case his shipmate loses his grip!
I'd better set sail for that PP783 gallery, or I'll have to walk the plank!

Oh my gosh, I can see why you threw these cute dies in your shopping cart! That walrus (love his hat) and seagull were a perfect fit in your repetoire of dies! Those whiskers---too funny! Thanks for sharing these with us, especially the PP one!
I'm loving that little seagull Michele and will have to remember to play with him too! I think I was so fascinated with Mr. Walrus that I forgot about the seagull!! Both of your cards are fabulous and I'm so glad you're getting some use out of that set!! Hugs. :0)
Yay, more fun with that darling die set and this time we get to see Mr. Seagull too! Such a super way to use the sketch, Michele...that life preserver is fabulous as is the embossed background. And of course, who can resist Mr. Walrus. I'm so happy you had time to play along with my sketch this week (actually you had until Friday am, just FYI for the future). Thank you for joining in at PP!
There's that walrus that makes me smile! A perfect background for him too! And the little fisher on his life preserver is adorable! Love that red sentiment bubble! Two fun cards, my friend!
I'm loving the new toys, Michele! That (always!) fun walrus and his new feathered friend are too cute in their little hats. A delightful pair of cards, my friend!
Darling! You are amazingly blessed with a very unique brain that comes up with the coolest stuff -- oh man, these are cute!
The embossing folder is just a perfect choice for your nautical theme. The sea/sky blue strip is great and I love that it's picked up in the jaunty scarf the gull is wearing. This is lots of fun and sure to make any recipient smile. Thanks for sharing it with us at The Paper Players.
Oh goodness, Michele! These cards are simply fabulous! I love the crisp clean colors, the dashed white embossing on the sentiment, the dry embossed background. So many fun details that are crisp and clean. Thank you for sharing your talent!
Delightful makes!!
Such super cute cards! The walrus got me! 😊
Oh those are such fun critters, Michele and once again you gave the cards such lovely life.
These guys... the walrus is my heartthrob, and his little sidekick seagull is pretty cute, too. You certainly have all the right stuff to go with this nautical pair. Love the embossing a lot. I can't believe I passed on the warehouse sale this time.
Oh my goodness. These are so much fun! The hats crack me up! The walrus has my heart and the sentiment is hysterical. Fabulous makes!
Oh my goodness Michele - what a fabulous and fun pair of nautical cards! That little gull is so fun on his lifesaver and I love that rope detail EF. As for the walrus - he is a hoot! So glad you shared with us over at The Paper Players this week - there will be no need to walk the plank for you lol!
Very nautical of you, Michele. Both cards featuring sea life are so fun and colorful.
Ho me hearties!! What fabulous fun cards Michele! I just love that super walrus and his seagull mate! Great creations!! Enjoy your weekend! 👏❤️
Ahoy, matey! What a fabulous pair of nautical cards! I'm not sure what I'm in love with more - the seagull or the walrus! Either way, so glad you shared these beauties with us at the Paper Players this week

What a perfect take on the sketch with that jaunty seagull! And don't you love it when different brands work together so well? And there's that fun walrus again!
