It was LOve at first sight with the True Multifaceted Star Cutaway. I just had to find a use for all the left-over sparkly bits!! Tumbling wishes? I think so!
Funny isn't it, that I usually use W&W words, but this time found the wishes I needed from Technique Tuesday's December Garden Society set.
But that W&W star? Definitely the Star of the Show!
I hope some of those shaker-wishes tumble right over by you!
My 'galaxy' paper is from Kaisercraft's Shine Bright collection of papers.
My second card today, uses Happy Christmas and the fabulous Mini Scenery Multi Grain - they could NOT have known how much I LOve wood-grain ... or could they? hmmm...
Wood-grain panel heat embossed with Platinum;
poinsettia and wreath have been heat-embossed, then water-colored.
I'm very grateful for the wonderful products I received from Winnie & Walter's generous prize package! Bless you, Julie and Shay, for your darling, generous hearts!!!
Thank you, to all those who never fail to bring a smile to my face with each and every visit!

Oh, I am in love with your star card! So cool how you used the little cut outs! I never want to throw them out either...
Your second card is fabulous, too! I would call it CAS with a rustic feeling!
Beautiful cards, Michele! The star one is modern and fancy! Love second one too, really warm and cozy!
Fantastic cards Michele! I love the collection of broken star on the first card - super cool die. Beautiful coloring on the second card and I love how the wood looks distressed.
oh you brilliant one you...great idea to add the bits to your start card. So fabulous. Your woodgrain is just the perfect warmth for the beginning of the cold season.

Love both of these cards. Brilliant idea to use those little pieces as falling stars. And, your wreath looks so homey on your woodgrain panel.
Wonderful cards! Love how you used some of the star parts in the box below on the first one, really great design, and the second is so rustic and lovely!
Awesome design! Love the genius in using those pieces from the star :)
Wow, wonderful cards, Michele! The star is stunning and I love how you used the cut out pieces. And the woodgrain makes such a fabulous background for your gorgeous wreath.
Wow, to both of these beauties! The star with the wishes falling down ...so beautiful! The woodgraine is perfect for that wreath! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving !
Using those falling bits was genius, Michelle. Hard to believe you love woodgrain, but I know it's just on cards. I'm the rustic one, remember? ;)
