Essentials by Ellen - Unicorns and Rainbows!

Good morning, my friends!  I'm happy to be up on the new Ellen Hutson blog, with two of my talented teamies, having tons of fun with one of the newest Essentials by Ellen sets, available NOW in the Ellen Hutson, LLC shop!

Unicorns & Rainbows, and coordinating dies will undoubtedly become a favorite - with me, and my darling granddaughter, Lola!  Take a peek and tell me if this doesn't just sing happy 13 year old:

I had several ideas in mind … since July is World Watercolor Month, I thought it only fitting to water color a rainbow!  I used a rainbow mix of Zigs … and if one rainbow is awesome, another reflected in a pool, with a Unicorn is Pure Magic!  [see how I worked that second set in?]  The sentiments in this set just make me smile big!

Of course I worked that unicorn fart sentiment inside … lol

Here's a little closeup of how I made it happen - the rainbow above the water was heat embossed in white, and the reflection was heat embossed in clear... you can see how simple by adding extra water, the reflection is a little more … watery!!  lol

Just like magic, another card popped into my brain!  This one will go to an adult friend - she's pretty fantasmagorical, too!  I brought out my favorite rainbow collection of Copics for this little beauty - and OF COURSE she deserved a bit of glitter in her hair!

Pure Magic makes the inside as much fun as the outside!

If you haven't seen the magic my friends Elena, and Ardyth have created … PLEASE run by the Ellen Hutson blog right now!  Then off to the Ellen Hutson, LLC shop to make a little magic happen in your world!

Thanks, so much for making my day a little more magical with your visit!  Have a Unicorn-worthy, fantasmagorical day!

Amazing little scene...crushin' on the reflection (clever girl). So just like a unicorn fart that second card popped up, this time in your brain. May I borrow that brain sometime...like for a week.
